Dashboard

The Dashboard after a brother logs in. More general information will be displayed to the users as time progresses.

Events

The events page that allows officers, and brothers, the ability to post events to the Google Calendars that are set up by an admin.

Directory

The directory page provides all brothers with easy access to their fellow brothers contact information. The directory also has a printable version, as well as a phone list that can be printed, or downloaded as an excel document for people to put onto their smart phones.

Rush

The first screenshot lists all of the rushees that the brotherhood has interacted with during any rush events. Any brothers can add rushees; however, the High Delta (and admins) have complete control over the listings. The second screenshot contains the expanded view on one rushee. Rushee event attendance is managed by the High Delta, but all brothers are allowed to discuss about their interactions with the rushee in order to make the appropriate decisions come voting.

Event Attendance

All officers are able to keep track of the active brothers who have attended their events that they've posted on the Portal. This information can be used for reward/incentive based programs.

User Management

Any brothers designated as an administrator has the ability to edit all actives information on the Portal. This functionality is also available to the High Gamma.

Calendars / Google Accounts

Administrators are able to set up preexisting Google Calendars, and their respective Google Accounts, on this page in order to allow brothers and officers to post the events to the calendars.

This is by no means an entire list of all of the functionality of the ZAX Portal. As time progresses, and as more brothers start using the system and requesting various features, the ZAX Portal will continue expanding its uses.
